eTranzact
intro
My professional journey began at eTranzact, a leading fintech company, where I cut my teeth in the field of web design. Fresh out of university and brimming with enthusiasm, I seized the opportunity to apply and refine the design principles I'd studied, working on real-world projects that served millions of users.
As a Web Designer at eTranzact, my role involved the design and maintenance of various company websites, ensuring they were user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing, and in alignment with eTranzact's brand identity. This entailed everything from sketching wireframes and selecting color schemes to conducting usability tests and coordinating with development teams.
A significant accomplishment during this period was the successful redesign of eTranzact's main website. This project, my first large-scale undertaking, involved substantial user research, competitor analysis, and iterative design. The final product resulted in a 35% increase in user engagement and established a refreshed digital presence for eTranzact.
My tenure at eTranzact served as a valuable stepping stone in my career. It was here that I solidified my design foundation, learning to balance user needs with business goals. This experience instilled in me a passion for creating digital experiences that are both functional and delightful, a passion that continues to drive my work today.
