I led the end-to-end UX design for the Amazon Insurance Store project, starting with home insurance in the UK, with plans for expansion to other EU countries. Collaborating with 5 product managers, 50 developers, multiple stakeholders, and designers, we successfully launched the Amazon Insurance Store, focusing on creating a seamless and user-friendly experience for our customers.
